My talk on Earl Conference, London 2015 will be “Building interactive visualizations with Shiny to explore data from social and health care in UK”.
Social and Health care in UK produce annulay immense data aggregated at several levels. To add to the challenge, data is often stored in a variety of formats, mostly in excel, or even pdf files using different indexing criteria’s and different public authorities and organizational levels. In this presentation, we show the power of R to manipulate this huge datasets to aggregate and consolidated data.
Combining R with the powerful libraries, like ggplot2, shiny, google dynamic charts, leaflet and D3, we create several interactive visualizations that allow extraction of deep insights from the data.
We also show a predictive model to evaluate the health score and heath stress of every district in UK.
